Workshop Back to Basics: The Pilates ABC

A two-hour Pilates foundations workshop

Designed for anyone who is still getting familiar with Pilates and would like to spend a bit more time exploring the fundamentals, as well as for those who have already been practicing but would like to refine the connections in their body.

During these two hours we’ll slow things down (but keep moving!) and focus on the ABC of Pilates:

A: Articulation of the spine Learning how to move the spine with control and fluidity, one vertebra at a time.

B: Balance Finding stability and awareness in your body… and in your balance poses!

C: Core Understanding how to activate and support your centre, and how to truly find your core.

Together we’ll explore the key connections that make Pilates so effective. and not always as easy as it looks! A great opportunity to deepen your understanding of the practice, ask questions and build confidence in your movements.

Come reconnect with the foundations of Pilates, move with curiosity and leave with a deeper awareness of your body, your balance and your core.
