Innerdance offers a unique and transformative journey, designed to stimulate deep self-discovery and healing. All you need to do is lie down on your mat, fully surrender, and allow the dance within yourself to unfold, guided by a specially curated soundscape, live instruments, energy healing, and scents. During the journey, your brain naturally shifts between different brainwave states, guiding you into a wakeful, dream-like state of lucid awareness that supports deep healing and transformation on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.

What can you expect?

• The session begins lying down on your mat with your eyes closed, and you are invited to fully surrender. There is nothing you need to “do” during the session.
• Immerse yourself in the soundscape, live instruments, energy healing, and scents.
• During the session, the physical body may remain completely still while you travel inwardly, or it may begin to move and fully surrender to your energy.

Each experience is personal and unique. However, commonly shared experiences include:
