Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional form of yoga where movement and breath is combined in a fixed serie of asanaโ€™s (poses), which is called the Primary Series. This fast and fluent style of yoga not only helps to built strength and flexibility but also promotes focus, inner balance and rest.

In this 2,5 hour workshop we slow down the pace and take the time to dive deeper into the poses, breathing techniques and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. You will learn the base of the Primary Serie (till Navฤsana) and will have lots of space to ask questions and have personal assistance in the poses.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who has an interest in Ashtanga Yoga. It is perfect for beginners but also more advanced yogiโ€™s who like to deepen their knowledge about the asanaโ€™s. This workshop helps you to have a deeper understanding of the poses and gives you a solid bases for further growth.
